All the orders are fulfilled from our Holland distribution center.
We will send a shipping notification with tracking number upon order fulfillment to the email you have provided.
All the received orders in on-line shop by 14:00 will be processed the same day, except during weekends and holidays.
We will choose the best possible option in order to deliver you your order as soon as possible. Normally we work with courier services that allow you to track your package and take proper care it, like Pošta Slovenije, City Express, UPS or GLS.
In case upon delivery you will not be at the selected address, the courier service will leave you the instructions how and where you can collect your package.
You may collect your packages personally
You may collect your order personally in our showroom in Hrvatini within 5 days from receiving the notification that your order is ready to be collected. If you have decided to collect your order personally, you must select that option already in your order process.
You may collect your goods from Monday-Friday from 9.00-15.00 o`clock at the address: KLIM ADRIA, Hrvatini 31, 6280 Ankaran.
Besides having no shipment costs, you will also have the opportunity to meet and chat with staff members who will be happy to share with you useful information about our gear and other interesting information.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes for all European Trade partner countries are prepaid. For all other Countries the customs office of the destination country may apply customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. All charges required for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer or recipient.
Standard shipping costs in Slovenia is 10 EUR with VAT per package or 20 EUR with VAT per package if you choose Express shipping.
In case your order exceeds 99 EUR we will take care of the shipping costs.
Damaged packages
If you suspect that the delivered goods have been damaged during the delivery or shows signs of being opened before being delivered to you, please check your packages right away in the presence of the delivery man and fill in immediately their complain form, as the courier services will not accept any other later reclamations. Please, take also photos of the damaged packages.
