Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to walk away from the purchasing contract in 15 days of receiving the products with no reason. You just have to inform us via e-mail: info@KlimAdria.com about your intentions by the due date, while the goods may be returned within the following 30 days. The purchased goods must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity. Any return costs will be your responsibility.

All items being returned will be sent through our Quality Control Inspection. Please ensure that items being returned are sent back in new re-sellable condition. Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, dirt, pet hair, smell, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Items must be returned inside the original packaging.

If you have purchased the returned product directly from KLIM, we will refund you the paid amount on the credit card that you saved on your KLIM account. You may also exchange the purchased items.

If you didn’t purchase from Klim direct, we will still honor the return. We will not provide cash back; instead current retail pricing will be applied as a credit towards a future Klim purchase.

Return amount will be at current retail value.

Pre-boxed items must be returned inside the original packaging. Please do not affix shipping labels directly to original boxes.

Return Authorization (RA) # is required for all exchanges and returns. Please write RA # on the outside of package.

If product is refused and not in new re-sellable condition, a Customer Service Professional will notify you.

 

Exchanges

You may claim the exchange of the purchased items in case the goods do not have the promised characteristics, if you have received the wrong product, quantity, color or any other reason that doesn`t reflect your order.

You may claim the exchange of the purchased items within 15 days of receiving the products and request an immediate replacement for the same item. You may also claim the material defect of the item within the legal period and conditions.

You may personally return the items by bringing them to our showroom or you may send the them via a courier service that allows you to track your package and take proper care it. All the returning expenses will be your responsibility, unless in advance differently agreed with us. We do not accept payment on delivery shipping method.
